Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, it's Anthony William and you're listening to the medical medium radio show where each
week I'll talk about the most advanced healing information and secrets about much of what
we deal with in health, not found anywhere else in decades ahead of what's out there now.
As I've always said, who has 10 or 20 or 30 years to wait before they get answers to their
illnesses? Life is precious. We all know that. And there's no time to spare. So let's get down
to it. Start talking a little bit. Today's show is about restoring hope for healing.
Well, why do we lose hope?
You know, we shouldn't have to lose hope when it comes down to healing.
That's a difficult thing.
And we lose trust as well.
So why do we lose trust and hope?
We lose faith as well, too, when it comes down to our healing as well.
So we're going to talk about how to regain some of that hope back and that trust
so we can restore ourselves and move forward into healing.
So a little bit about me.
for those that are not familiar with me, since the age four, a voice came to me perfectly clear
right to my ear where I could hear it as if someone else was in that room with me talking to me.
And that voice gave me information that helped diagnose my grandmother of lung cancer.
And since then, I've been getting that voice all the time. No matter where I go, no matter what I'm
doing, that information comes through. So I know what's going on with people's health, what's
happening on all levels, emotional health, physical health, illnesses they're suffering
with and dealing with, symptoms they're dealing with, it comes through automatically.
And since then, I've helped tens of thousands of people restore and recover and regain their
health from all kinds of challenges with health.
And so that's a little bit about me.
So let's go into like more about why we lose our hope and trust in the healing process.
Why do we lose that hope?
How does it work?
You know, I could tell you a little story.
When I was eight years old, and I was doing readings because Spirit was always telling me what was wrong with people,
and I would know what was wrong with people, I felt, well, how can people be hopeless with their health?
How could they lose hope?
Because the information came so easy, and the answers came so easy.
How can we be in this place where we just lose hope about what's going on with our health and what we're dealing with?
Until, sounds kind of silly, but I ordered an online, you know, not online, but in that day, it was through a mailing catalog.
I ordered a model airplane because I wanted to build a model airplane.
So I was eight years old.
So I had plans for that summer to build this model airplane, have some fun.
It was kind of like a meditation thing, I felt, because all I did was hear spirit talking constantly about what's going on with everybody's health and what's wrong with them.
And so I sent away for this airplane.
And each week went by, and it never showed up in the mailbox.
I went to the mailbox every single day and opened it up, and it wasn't there.
And I started losing hope.
And, you know, I was like, wait a minute.
It's just not coming.
It was breaking my heart.
And each day I went thinking, okay, you know, build that hope again.
Let's kind of like dig that right out, you know, that hope and like let's access that and see if it comes and check that mailbox and it wasn't there.
So at the end of the summer, I was starting to realize this isn't going to be, you know, fun.
I mean, I'm not going to have that model airplane to build.
And so I went to school and I came home from school one day and I decided, okay, let me check this mailbox.
and I opened it and there was a letter in there from the model airplane company.
My hope went through the roof.
Like I was like, this is fantastic.
I can't believe it.
You know, my answers, my prayers have been answered.
I opened the letter and then my hope started sinking again
because it said that we no longer carry this airplane model.
And, you know, it just discontinued.
So I was like, it was just terrible.
I was eight years old.
And then the spirit said to me, well, you know, it's kind of like the health field of what's going on with people's health and what they're dealing with.
I was like, well, how?
And I was starting to connect because, oh, yeah, I see.
So that means that your hope for trying to get a cure, your hope for trying to get healed, your hope for recovery, and you're going to doctor to doctor to doctor, and you're looking for answers, and you almost start feeling better, or you get a diagnosis, but yet you're still not getting better, but then a different doctor has a diagnosis, and it just starts to ebb and flow into this process of losing your hope.
And so it becomes this long struggle.
And that's when at eight years old, I'm like, okay, no, I got a taste of it through this avenue.
And, you know, I'm starting to understand that.
So it's like, why do we lose the hope?
Like, well, to start with, I mean, people, obviously people have been everywhere.
They've tried everything.
And it breaks us down emotionally.
So that's just part of it.
It's a part of this life process with healing and being sick
or having conditions of different kinds.
Because, you know, some people have come to me after they've seen 20 doctors.
You know, I thought that was a lot until someone coming to me saw 50 doctors.
And that was the record.
I was like, this is obviously the record.
50 doctors, 10 years of being sick.
Then someone came to me after 100 doctors and different practitioners.
That was the breaking point there, in my opinion.
Then someone came to me after seeing 400 doctors in seven years.
And that's, you know, practitioners, doctors included.
And that's when I realized, whoa, you know.
But there's a drive in people to keep on looking for help.
and that we don't want to lose.
We don't want to lose that drive and that wanting for help.
We don't want to lose that hope.
We want to keep that hope strong.
We never want to let it die out like a flaming candle.
We don't want that dying out.
So we want to keep that strong.
It's critical.
It's really imperative we keep that strong.
So people go, they're on this merry-go-round.
Well, that's what we call it.
That's what Spirit and I call it.
It's a merry-go-round.
It's going around and around information.
A lot of it's conflicting.
A lot of it is different diagnoses and it's conflicting sometimes.
Or it's the all-in-your-head thing.
That started back in the 50s, in the late 40s, early 50s,
when women were starting to get the first symptoms that didn't exist before then,
which were the tingles and numbness, the aches and pains, the joint pain.
There wasn't a lot of that.
We had the typical normal arthritic bone problems before that,
but we didn't have the mystery aches and pains that we do today.
That started in the 50s.
And so all the symptoms from hot flashes, heart palpitations, aches and pains,
fatigue, right, tingles and numbness, tinnitus, ringing in the ears, vertigo.
All that started kicking up.
And this was a big part of the movement as far as people not feeling good.
So it's about really how do we lose hope in all this?
One thing that's going on, this is really important to understand.
It's really important.
This is all mystery illness.
That's what this is.
It's all mystery illness.
even things like fibromyalgia that's a tag for a mystery illness so this is this is why we're
losing hope see RA rheumatoid arthritis if you've been told you have that that's a tag for a mystery
illness a mystery condition but we're told a mystery illness is just the eight kids in Colorado
or the six kids in Idaho or out in the Midwest that came down with a mystery illness
with unexplained aches and pains or unexplained sickness or fever.
But that's not what mystery illness really is.
That's part of it.
That's part of it.
But mystery illness is thyroiditis, Hashimoto's,
because no one knows what's causing it.
No one knows what's behind it.
It's an inflammatory issue.
So we're told, you know, MS, no one knows really what's behind it.
You know, and it goes on and on.
Migraines, migraines is a mystery illness.
That's what it is.
So this is why we're losing hope, because there's a section in our medical world,
and I'm talking, you know, conventional and alternative.
There's a section in our medical world that for some reason hasn't connected the dots
that this is a whole nother game.
This is chronic illness.
This is mystery illness.
And something has to be done in this area.
See, this isn't the life-saving part of our medical field.
This isn't the amazing, you know, the surgeons we have,
the life-saving technology in that area,
in the heart transplants.
And when you break a leg, it's black and white.
It's your leg.
It's broken.
and we have amazing technology now that we use.
It's way better than it was 100 years ago
when someone just stuck a piece of wood on your leg
and wrapped it up and that was the best they could do.
So we're moving forward with that part of medicine.
If someone's gallbladder explodes,
we need a really good surgeon and it's incredible
because we have that.
But in chronic illness and fibromyalgia,
chronic fatigue syndrome, MS, thyroiditis,
Hashimoto's, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, right?
Hypoglycemia, even diabetes too.
You name migraines, you name it, all these Lyme disease.
It's really a hosh-posh of a lot of confusion.
It's mystery illness, but there's tags on there.
The tags are not what's going on as far as the mystery and the chronic suffering
and what people are dealing with.
And then you have the people that have all these aches and pains, but just tests are
valuable.
Blood work is valuable.
Testing is valuable.
And so people are told it's idiopathic.
I don't like that word idiopathic at all.
If I walked into a doctor's office or clinic and I was told my problem was idiopathic,
I wouldn't be happy about it at all.
I would really be upset.
In fact, I would probably lose some hope.
I definitely would lose some hope, for one.
For two, there has to be a change of that word, obviously,
because it just doesn't work.
It's too close for comfort to another word.
So the bottom line is, we can be told there's nothing wrong with us
when we have symptoms, too.
And anxiety is a mystery illness.
Depression is a mystery illness.
We got a word for it, depression.
We have a tag.
It's a mystery.
So we're losing hope because the medical system is in denial.
Whoa, that's a tough, that's really hard.
You know, that's hard for me to even say.
But I have to be honest because it's about you getting better.
It's about you moving forward.
And if I don't be honest, where are we going to be?
Because, you know, what happens is that if there's medical denial, so the medical system is in denial, then we have some kind of problem.
Because think about addictions, right?
Everybody knows about addictions.
So if you're addicted to a box of cookies twice a day and you eat a whole box of cookies twice a day, which, you know, isn't hard to do.
But if we don't admit, hey, you know, that's too much.
I got to hold back, I got to pull back the reins.
I think I'm addicted to these sugar cookies, and I'm eating them every day, and I can't stop them.
So, you know, that's an addiction.
But if we don't admit and we stay in denial about that addiction, you don't move forward.
You don't grow.
You don't move forward.
So same with any addiction.
So it's like alcoholism.
It's like anything, alcohol addiction, drug addiction.
If we don't admit we have an issue, how do we move forward?
Well, in the medical field, if we don't admit that fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, lupus, RA, migraines, tinnitus, vertigo, every symptom in the book,
tinkles and numbness, white spots, white floaters in our eyes, ear problems. If we don't admit
that it's mystery illness, how are we going to move forward in this 21st century and get people
better and funnel money and funding to this whole thing? How is that going to happen? So we have to
admit there is a denial and an addiction for the answers. We have to let it go a little bit and say,
look, okay, fine, we're struggling in this aspect of the medical field.
But we're not struggling in other aspects of it.
It's unbelievable what we're doing and the breakthroughs and amazing movement forward.
But we're suffering in this end of it all.
Something has to be done.
One other thing that throws us into that I'm losing hope is autoimmune.
We have to get out of denial out of autoimmune too.
See, autoimmune disease, like Hashimoto's, that's a concept that we're told that our body's attacking itself.
Our body's attacking our thyroid.
That is not true.
I'm going to tell you right now, and this is critical to know, in order to start your healing process.
Same thing with any other kind of autoimmune issue, too.
When someone's told they have autoimmune disease and their body's attacking.
Now, if I went into a doctor's office, doesn't matter, alternative, conventional, whatever,
and I found out that I was told that I had autoimmune, and I was like, well, what is that?
And someone said, that's your body attacking itself.
I'm going to lose hope.
Boom.
Bam.
Hope is going down the drain.
That's where it's going.
It's going down the drain.
And it's going to take a lot for me to muster up some hope after that.
I'd hop in my car after the doctor's office, drive home, and be like, well, you know what?
I don't know what I'm going to do if my body's attacking itself.
The truth is the body doesn't attack itself.
It never does.
It never did.
Your body loves you unconditionally.
We're supposed to love ourselves unconditionally.
Our body does, too.
It loves us unconditionally, the real thing.
It really does.
Something else is causing the autoimmune.
That autoimmune term means we're confused and it's a mystery illness.
That's what that means.
So if you want to know what that term means, that just means the doctor, alternative or conventional, just said, I don't know what's wrong with you.
You're inflamed somewhere.
And that's what it means because your body doesn't attack itself.
It's actually misinformation.
If that doesn't get cleared up in the 21st century, and we're just going to be delayed once again,
back to where we are in the 1950s, back to where we are in the 1960s,
where we don't go anywhere in this end of health.
This end of the health.
I'm not talking about heart transplants.
I'm talking about this end of health.
So it's imperative to know that your body doesn't attack itself.
And your body loves you.
And obviously, you love your body.
Even though, you know, we go through life, we get beaten down,
and, you know, we don't take care of ourselves, that happens.
That happens.
It's all part of the planet Earth experience, too,
is we don't get a chance to take care of ourselves.
So, you know, we're busy.
We've got a lot going on.
So what happens when we're told we have autoimmune,
and we were told we have lupus when the testing for lupus is virtually impossible
because there really isn't proper testing for lupus.
You know, the ANA, the anti-nuclear antigen test and many other,
that's just testing for, you know, elevation and inflammation and things like that.
But that doesn't mean you have lupus or there's too much confusion.
So, and look, how many of you went to different doctors to get a different diagnosis?
How about that?
I mean, I've had people come to me after seeing, you know, 10 other doctors being told they have MS, being told they're crazy, being told it's just anxiety, being told it's just all in their head.
This is how the hope gets broken down.
And trust.
Trust.
And if we're told our body's attacking itself, then we lose trust in our bodies.
Whoa.
Seriously, you can't lose trust in your body.
that's not good we have to fix that we have to rewire that today in this show so you know i hope
everybody's like they're really listening they're really listening because we've got to rewire that
part we have to trust in our bodies they're not letting us down they're working for us our bodies
are working for us our bodies are with us we have to trust in that and we can't let a denial
factor. It's in the medical model on all parts of the
I'm talking alternative conventional. We can't let that factor tell
you that your body's not working for you
and attacking itself. We can't let that happen. So that's a rewiring
that has to happen. So what happens
when we lose this hope and we go through all of this
and all the suffering and all these trials?
what happens well we get ptsd yeah post-traumatic stress syndrome have you heard of that one
right yeah post-traumatic stress this is real ptsd this is real well wait wait um isn't ptsd
just for veterans yeah no it's for veterans all right you better believe it i know a lot of
veterans a lot of people that did wartime have come to me for help over the years absolutely
PTSD is right there in that, for sure.
And we also have different levels of PTSD.
I mean, doctor shopping can create PTSD.
Medical tests create PTSD.
Aches and pains, suffering, feeling that you can't get through your day,
feeling that you're losing your career,
feeling that you're not financially stable because you're sick.
So post-traumatic stress syndrome occurs.
So the first thing is we have to protect our well-being on this emotional level.
We have to protect who we are.
We have to protect our soul.
We have to protect the essence of us.
And what happens with PTSD is that it's really hard on the soul.
That's the soul reacting to, whoa, I've had enough of this.
And so, you know, I've had enough of insomnia.
I've had enough of being told that my insomnia is all in my head or, you know, or being told I don't have fatigue when I do.
You know, back in the day, around the 50s, when women actually had these complaints of insomnia,
and they were told, hey, look, you're bored.
You just need to join the PTA.
You know, that's what they were told.
And so, and we still get a little bit of that.
There's still some of that when people have anxiety and they have a little depression.
They're told, hey, look, you know, you don't have enough to do.
And that's bad, meaning that's bad that we're told that.
So, you know, basically it's hard on the soul when you get any of that happening.
Any of that.
It's just really difficult and it's hard on the soul.
And so we should probably cover a technique that I really love for rebuilding trust back in the soul, relieving post-traumatic stress disorder, really helping us on that level because that's part of healing.
That's part of healing. And, you know, all through the weeks as we do this show, we're going to be uncovering lots of issues, talking about all kinds of different illnesses specifically and really getting down to the nitty gritty of what's causing what in people's lives.
So we're going to always be working on that with everything from taking callers.
And we'll really get a grip on this with what's happening in chronic illness and mystery illness.
Remember, it's mystery illness.
That's what the chronic illness is.
It's all mystery illness.
So we need to really get a grip on that.
So you've been listening to the Anthony William Medical Medium Radio Show.
For anybody who just clicked on and they're getting tuned in,
We're talking about establishing hope and healing, trust and healing,
and why we've lost hope over time,
and how come so many people just can't seem to get better,
even when they're eliminating sugar, even when they're eliminating wheat,
and they still can't get to where they need to go.
And so we're in it right now.
So let's talk about a technique for restoring trust, restoring the soul,
helping with PTSD.
that technique is about the sun setting. But wait a minute, right? People have seen sunsets before.
Why would this be any real special thing? Because I want to talk about watching sunsets.
Why would watching a sunset be that special? I mean, there's people who've watched sunsets
lots of times. And there's people who have never seen a sunset once or twice in their life,
actually. So, but I want to talk about what happens when the sun goes down, when that sun
is setting. And I don't mean sun gazing. I don't want anybody burning their retina out watching a
sun directly set. You just be there and you could watch it indirectly. But, and if you're, you know,
in a place where you can't see the sun setting, this technique still works. It's powerful,
actually. So in our life, we get let down and we get our trust gets broken. Our hope gets smashed
in here on earth. And, you know, it's, it's the process of being here on earth, of course,
but, and we get lost in it. There's a way to restore that trust. It's naturally here for
everybody. You can grab onto it. So you catch a sun setting and you you're there, even if it's
for three minutes, four minutes, five minutes. If you're, if you set your watch for when the sun's
about to set and try to try to be in there in the present moment about when it's setting too.
So even if you're in the office and you can't make it, or you're, you know, taking care of the kids
or picking the kids up at the soccer practice or whatever it is, you make sure that you tune in to
the fact that the sun's going down. And when you tune into that and connect the trust in the soul,
The part that gets broken, the hope that's broken, starts to repair.
Now, okay, fine.
Someone would say, well, I've done that a lot of times.
But it only works when you know why you're doing it.
It only works when you know why you're watching the sun go down.
That's the only time it works.
Because as the sun comes up the next day, the morning, as it rises, whether you're present for that or not,
it doesn't let you down. The sun will never let you down. See, there's other people that may let
you down. There's other things in life that may let you down. There's other things that happen to
us that, you know, there's friends that let us down. We've been betrayed. You know, there's all
kinds of things that occur that lets us down. The sun won't. It'll rise and it'll rise every morning
and this feeds the soul, but you got to know why you're watching it set. So as it's rising,
the soul gets ignited because it's a process of you connecting subconsciously, consciously to why
you're watching that sunset. So the next morning it rises and the soul starts to strengthen.
It'll give you hope to keep on wanting to heal, to keep on looking for help. It'll strengthen
even you on a physical level so that other things that, you know, that spirit will deliver for
people, information that's in my book or anything else you can take on, it'll even increase. But
this is the technique that's critical, that's really imperative that someone does when they're
dealing with these issues, even if they're not dealing with some of these issues. It's that
powerful. It's life-changing. So we're going to get to, I guess, taking in some callers.
I think that would be pretty cool. So we want to see what's going on with people.
and find out, kind of get down to the root of everything.
I think that would be the best thing to do.
So we have Cassandra.
So that's on line five.
So let's take a – hi, how are you doing?
Are you there, Cassandra?
Yes, can you hear me?
Yes, could hear you great.
Perfect.
I'm so grateful to be connected with you.
Tell me what's going on.
Oh, wow.
Well, I am 31, and ever since I was a baby, I've been in and out of the hospital for issues with my breathing.
I've almost transitioned from it three times.
The first time when I was two, the second time when I was 12, and the most recent time when I was 29.
And all the issue was in my lungs.
since this last episode
where I had to be intubated
was in a medically
in this coma
where my body went into paralysis
I came out with a tracheal stenosis
diagnosis
ok so
are they focused on your
central nervous system with this
as far as being a big part of the cause
because what you want to say
to the doctors is
vagus nerve
You really want to focus on central nervous system, vagus nerve, brain.
You know, this is a huge part of this and deficiencies along with this.
Okay.
Not just the lung itself having a bacterial or a pathogen involved.
So, you know, basically, you know, you want to tell your doctors, you know, is this all neurological?
and just get them kind of focused into that realm.
And so, you know, there's a major disconnect neurologically going on with vagus nerve,
brain vagus nerve, phrenic nerves running down into the lungs.
And so that's a big piece of it.
So I want you to just, you know, make sure you mention that at the doctor's office
and try to get someone kind of connected to that, Cassandra.
okay and also as it's moved up to my tracheal airway because the lungs are completely clear now
yeah well that's the that's the whole point it's that's why i want them focused neurologically
wow yeah that's the whole point the lungs are clear when i do a scan spirit's talking now to
me you can't hear spirit talking but we're going right to neurological that has to be the focus so
I want the best doctors, neurologists, you name it, kind of focused into that area.
So thank you, Cassandra.
Thank you for calling.
Thank you so much.
I really appreciate it.
Bless you.
So we have Susan, line six.
So let's see what's going on, Susan.
And how are you?
Hi.
Great.
Thank you.
I actually had a reading with you about two years ago.
Really?
Not that long ago.
Yeah, you were in Maine and we had a good chat.
and you gave all kinds of wonderful advice.
Great.
It was great, and congratulations.
Hay House is very, very lucky to have you.
Oh, wow.
Well, that's awesome.
I'm lucky to have Hay House.
It's the best place to be in the world.
Yeah.
Good.
I'm glad because anxiety is still pretty prevalent in my life,
and as of the past year or so, there's been stomach acid problems
and laryngopharyngeal reflux.
And I'm sure they're connected in some way.
And it's one of those things where you're cutting everything out
and it's still not perfect.
Yeah, spirit's saying esophageal spasms, so it's more of a spasm.
Okay.
So that's what happens.
So when you cut everything out and it's not enough and it's not going away,
so you cut out the wheat, right?
Yep.
Yep, you cut out the extra sugar in all kinds of weird places.
Yeah. So what happens is, though, but you're having that esophageal spasm. So it's all about. Yeah. But here's what's happening. Anxiety is part of that whole system that's spastic with it.
so it's it's a hyperactive esophagus because certain nerves are going to that esophagus
and they're actually and they're being triggered it's going right up to the brain
and so this is the anxiety is kind of coupled in with they're mixed in with their how far have you
gone with the foods have you been dairy free yep good good that's really critical for this whole
thing um what you want to do is get the best b12 you could find and yeah yeah there's there's one
know that no one really has. So what you go to your best practitioner, they don't even know about
it. So there's a B12 that spirit has, you know, brought to my attention years ago that I've been
waiting forever to come to the surface because you can go to your best clinic, your best, you know,
naturopathic clinic, your best conventional clinic, and they won't have this kind of B12.
and it's called adenosylcobalamin.
It's not methicobalamin.
Yeah, adeno, A-D-E-N-O-S-Y-L-C-O-B-A-M-A-L-I-N.
And you can listen to the show again and get that down.
But adenosylcobalamin.
So you've got to go to your practitioner and say,
look, this is what I need.
this is this is really important because this is for the brain so so that literally the esophagus
isn't getting yanked on so basically what's happening there's a string attached to it that's
that's yanking on it causing a spasm what that is is nerves and muscles and you so you want that
kind of b12 push your naturopath or your doctor to researching this and getting this b12 so that
He or she can help out more people and you can get better.
So thank you, Susan.
I actually remember you just so you know.
Yeah, yeah, you're awesome.
And thank you for calling.
Thanks.
Best wishes.
Good luck to you.
Bless your heart.
Bless your heart.
So that was great.
And then so Sarah, line eight.
So let's see what Sarah is talking about here.
Hi, Sarah.
Hi.
Hi.
It's actually Sarah Grace, but that's okay.
Basically, just quickly, I have been diagnosed with systemic yeast and fungal all through my body.
Hashimoto's, Epstein-Barr.
I'm sure I've got leaky gut.
I've got malabsorption, migraine, sleep disorders, and just chronic, chronic fatigue, sore muscles, anxiety,
probably issues with histamine and probably SIBO.
Yeah, Sarah, 95% of this is your Epstein-Barr.
That's what Spirit says.
Well, I trust you.
My question is, is there so much material out there about,
and I am just a chronic, probably addicted to research,
and, you know, there's a different, you know, take on diet and do this, do that,
I take this supplement, don't eat this, eat that.
And I am like totally confused.
Yeah, totally.
Celery juice, make sure you juice celery juice by itself, literally by itself,
because what that will do is help minimize what's called leaky gut.
You don't have really leaky gut.
This is one of the greatest misconceptions of our time with digestive health right now,
where practitioners tell us we have leaky gut.
Leaky gut would mean you would be in the hospital with 104 temperature,
with sepsis and literally suffering.
See, what happens is it's not leaky gut,
but you have a permeability of gases that are leaking through the intestinal wall.
That's different.
You don't have leaky gut.
There's nothing that's viable really going through your intestinal tract.
So try not to take on that leaky gut thing so seriously.
Another thing, candida.
That's the least of your issues with this.
Really, your Epstein-Barrs is wreaking havoc.
That's the fatigue.
that's everything to do with the Hashimoto's.
That's everything to do with the low thyroid.
It's everything to do.
That's all the Epstein-Barr issue.
So what happens is, though, you know, we get sidetracked with so many different conflicting,
you know, and everything, health advice.
So what I would do is celery juice.
Start rebuilding that intestinal tract, the hydrochloric acid.
Start getting your hydrochloric acid really fired up with celery juice.
You know, people say, well, celery juice, Anthony talks about celery juice a lot.
There's a reason, because by itself, it's literally a miracle for so many things.
That's why I talk about it.
And Spirit is the one who taught me that by itself, like 12 to 16 ounces, that's one thing I would do.
Another thing is you go to your practitioner and you say you want your practitioner to focus more on the Epstein-Barr.
That's what you want them to do.
You don't get lost with so much other stuff in this situation.
You have your practitioner focus on the Epstein-Barr.
That's what needs to be done.
And then, Sarah, that will get you in the right direction.
I really appreciate you calling.
Well, thank you.
And we'll not handle the incredible – I mean, I am 60 years old.
I'm thin, and I have – and I look like I'm six months pregnant.
Yeah, that's the low hydrochloric acid.
That's what does that.
Okay, why don't you find a vegan one?
Well, what it is is just make sure that celery juice, whether you juice it by yourself,
that starts to repair that bloat.
So many people have this bloat problem but don't know why.
They change your diets.
They've done so many different things.
And you want to restore that HCL.
And HCL supplements do not restore the hydrochloric acid issue.
So make sure you start that.
And thank you so much, Sarah.
Thank you so much.
Bye.
Bye.
So we're going to talk to Sarah now, line 10.
and see how she's doing.
Sarah, are you there?
I am.
Hi, Anthony.
Hey.
So tell me what's going on.
Sure.
I'd like to first say that everything you talked about
are related to deeply.
Thank you so much.
I'm honored.
Thank you for listening.
Yeah, thank you.
I believe I have PTSD.
I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, anxiety.
I've been having trouble for the past two years sleeping,
staying asleep.
and I have these involuntary movements that have been happening for about two years when I meditate
and when I have body work done. Yeah, yeah, that's a hypersensitive central nervous system.
So really, you know, basically what we're dealing with, you're not going to be able to sleep right,
you're not going to be able to, there's going to be spasms, you'll get along with it,
You might get tingles and numbness too periodically with it all.
But what happens is that, you know, that's a hypersensitive nervous system.
But when we go to the neurologist, it's difficult to kind of relay that.
And because, you know, testing and mystery illness, like I said, is so, it's not black and white.
It's just not like that in this end of the field.
So, but what spirit says, though, that you're really healthy.
Spirit tells me you're really healthy.
I did a scan already.
I do that automatically to make sure that someone's not dealing with something way more serious or I have to reach out to somebody after the show.
And so basically the bottom line is it's just central nervous system being inflamed.
What that means is there's a toxin.
So you're sensitive to a certain neurotoxin, which is neurological toxin.
And that's what spirit sees as a neurotoxin.
Neurotoxin means it's going to inflame nerves periodically all through the body.
And you're going to be doing all kinds of things, twitching, spasming, involuntary movement, not sleeping.
And so the critical thing here is with diet.
Are you doing different diet things to make sure you help yourself out?
I try, and I have a really hard time with sugar.
Well, look, I've said this before to people.
If you're going to be addicted to the bad sugar, you know, the stuff that's just terrible, the processed sugar, the cane sugar, processed beet sugar.
If you're going to be, you know, corn sugar, you know, if we're going to be addicted to that, you have to learn how to switch off to other sugar sources.
Like, you know, wean off by using raw honey.
You have to start leaning on raw honey.
And if someone out there says, oh, that's too high in sugar.
Well, it's like this.
it's way better than processed sugar. Honey's also, also helps with all kinds of different
chronic illness. Honey's filled with minerals. It's filled with vitamins. It's filled with
antibacterials, phytochemicals. So, but I would bring in honey and start to kind of like edge
out of this. If you can, it's not easy for me to say, I realize it's not easy for anyone to say,
Hey, just, just get off the sugar. It doesn't work like that, but bring in the honey,
Bring in more fruit because fruit sugar is bonded to all the cancer fighting, chronic disease fighting, anthocyanins, everything, you know, methyl resveratrol, dimethyl resveratrol.
So fruit is connected to all the antioxidants and all the phytochemicals and nutrients.
So kind of edge on to that to get off the sugar.
I'm not saying be, you know, just only on fruit.
Get your greens, your leafy greens in there.
Definitely get some kale in there.
Get some spinach.
But try to wean off by using things like dates or raw honey or other fruit.
Don't be afraid of fruit if you're going to be literally living off the bad sugar.
Okay, and what about milk products and wheat?
Well, first of all, milk products is lactose.
Lactose isn't the right kind of sugar to get you off of the bad sugar.
That's number one.
Yeah, so don't even play around there.
You know, wheat's inflammatory for other reasons.
It just is.
We know that.
And so you shouldn't be on wheat with your issues and condition anyway.
But just know, though, that, you know, with this diet is why are you addicted to sugar?
You're addicted to sugar because you have central nervous system sensitivity.
Your central nervous system needs twice the sugar as someone else's does because it's compromised.
So remember when I said this neurotoxin is, you know, really hard on your system?
Well, what's happening is you need twice the sugar because our nervous system runs off of sugar.
I don't care what anybody out there says.
They don't have their information right.
Our brain runs on glucose.
Our central nervous system runs on glucose.
that means that yours is under a lot of stress because of this neurotoxin I mentioned and your,
you know, your nervous system's hypersensitive. So you're going to be just downing the sugar.
There's a reason why you're addicted to sugar. See? So there's a reason. So you have to know
that there's a valid reason. It's not because you're a bad person. It's not because,
you know, Sarah's addicted to sugar. It's not, that's not it. So there's a reason. So you have
to honor that reason and hold back from that bad sugar and bring in some raw honey, bring in some
other things, and then keep on forging ahead. And, you know, and just thank you for calling,
Sarah. You're really awesome. Thank you. What's your heart? So Marilyn on line three. So let's
take a look and see. Hi, Anthony. How are you? Hey, good. How are you? Good. I spoke with you
a few months ago and I so much appreciate your doing this radio show now so I can get to hear
you more often. Thank you. It's an honor. It's fantastic. Thank you for being here.
Well, talking about losing hope, I have to say that I have battled the hope war, I guess.
Yeah, that's what it is.
A long, long time. And I even got very disappointed lately when I went to have blood work done. And
And after adding fruit and coconut water and, you know, staying away from sugar, my triglyceride level went skyrocketing and my blood pressure went skyrocketing.
So I just, you know, kind of sunk into this bit of despair.
Well, you have to, you have to, you know, the best, but on the other end of your diet, you know, hold off.
You're not eating anything bad, right?
You're keeping the bad.
You're not doing cookies.
You're not ever doing cake.
Thank you.
That's really important.
Don't lose hope.
You know, stay hydrated.
You have to eat.
You have to graze.
So you do have to graze.
You can't go too long without eating or you're going to get the blood pressure is going to go crazy.
The blood sugar is going to go crazy.
if you go to the doctor's office and you didn't eat an hour before or a half an hour before,
the readings are not even going to be correct.
Oh.
So you have to think about that and make sure with your system and what's happening,
because what's happening with you is a liver issue.
Okay.
So, you know, and that's what comes through on the scan,
and that's what Spirit's telling me is she has a liver issue.
And so with you and the liver being stagnant and really sluggish, your sugars are going to be all over the place.
Your sugars and your blood pressure is going to be all over the place because the liver sends blood to the heart.
The heart's working harder and harder.
So you have a liver issue that's been developing over the last 20 years.
So when you go to the doctor's office, you have to eat prior to the doctor's office.
and you, in order to get the right readings, you can't go two hours, one hour and a half,
two hours, three hours, four hours without food. If you do that, the blood sugar, blood pressure
is going to be everywhere. So what I would do, Marilyn, is start there. Like, make sure that
you're balanced like that. Go to the doctors and try to get some new readings. Okay. Okay. And,
and I remember you, by the way, it's so good to talk to you. Oh, thank you so much, Anthony. I
I so respect your approach.
Is there anything I can do when I get kind of down about everything?
I have been looking at the sunsets, and that does bring me up.
Yeah, that's really important.
You have to know that your body's working for you.
It's not working against you.
So if your blood pressure is up, you have to be easy on yourself.
It's not up because your body hates you, because your body doesn't want to work for you.
It's working for you.
You have to honor that.
So when we lose hope, we make the situation worse, believe it or not.
And our body stresses because of it.
You tell your body, look, you got your hope back.
You're working on this.
You know your body's working for you.
And have a light heart.
And then just keep on moving forward.
Okay.
Thank you so much, Anthony.
Bless you, Marilyn.
Love you.
Great.
So Denise on line one.
So hi, Denise.
Are you there?
Hi there.
Yes, I am.
Hi.
Just having a hard time right now with, I don't feel like my body's absorbing the nutrients in my body.
Like my hair is falling out.
It's breaking all the time.
I'm, you know, I'm gaining weight.
I need to cut out the wheat and the sugar for sure.
It's never easy.
It's never easy to cut out wheat and sugar.
I mean, it just isn't.
I love when, you know, I love when trainers or, you know, nutritionists are like, just get rid of the wheat and sugar.
Just get rid of it.
It's not easy.
It's really hard.
But, you know, you are absorbing enough.
Listen, you know, when I do a scan and I look, I don't see a real, you know, like a real nutrient absorption issue that's that drastic.
What I do see is a hypothyroid that's not being detected then, you know, because if the doctor, yeah, that's a hypothyroid.
Now, early hypothyroid is different than, you know, more advanced hypothyroid.
And you're having the early version.
And so what's happening right now, there are integrative doctors and functional medicine doctors that are more sensitive.
And usually there are women functional medicine doctors that are more sensitive to the blood test and knowing that, hey, we have a thyroid problem when we don't.
when it doesn't look like it on the test, but they have a, they're using their intuition and
they're realizing that women are having thyroid problems. But they still don't have an answer
to how to really fix the thyroid. But that's what we need to do with you is focus on the thyroid
and start working on that. So that's number one. And then it's not, you do have some methylation
issues. Methylation is an in-term right now. What that means, it's actually getting trendy
methylation. Methylation means you're not converting, homocysteine levels are up.
There's a lot around that. But you have a little bit of a methylation issue where you're not
absorbing to some degree, but you are enough. So the whole hair thinning is the thyroid.
The weight is the thyroid. And you're even going to start getting some fatigue along the way. And
we have to kind of nip it in the butt now and start cleaning it up. I'm so tired I could fall
asleep at any moment. Yeah. Yeah. Leafy greens are critical. You just have to make sure. So,
you know what, if it's hard to get off of wheat and it's hard to get off of sugar,
just make sure you're somehow getting leafy greens. Spinach is really important for the thyroid.
Really one of these, these amazing miracle foods for the thyroid is actually is spinach.
And I don't mean like three leaves in a salad of spinach. I mean, we're talking like, you know,
blend it up, you know, throw it in the food processor, make a, you know, make a spinach
soup in the food processor with some tomatoes, but get more spinach. It's number one. You have
to be eating every couple of hours. And that's important too, for the thyroid, you can't let
your blood sugar hit rock bottom. I just, the person we just talked to before I was telling
that she couldn't do it either. That was for different reasons. You have to keep, you have
to keep your bloodstream really, the glucose properly balanced. You have to keep yourself
balanced. Potassium and mineral salts are critical. So we need you keeping balanced too.
That's another thing. Now, as far as the thyroid goes, a little bit of nascent iodine is what I
like best, you know, is nascent iodine. So you, you know, N-A-S-C-E-N-T, you know, nascent iodine.
don't get supplements that have alcohol in them.
Always check in every department of supplementation.
You see alcohol in something, it's not a good product.
I don't care what it is.
So look for an asin iodine, alcohol-free, obviously.
Start with a little bit of that.
Spirulina.
Get a really high-quality spirulina in your system, okay?
Okay.
That's important for the thyroid.
When the thyroid is just lightly hypo like this, spirulina could really help move it out of there.
That's going to help.
Go to your practitioner.
Tell them that you think you have a hypothyroid.
Find a practitioner that will work with you on that.
Another thing really important, getting validation.
You have to get the validation that you need.
So you go to the practitioner and you say, hey, look, I need some validation.
I really believe I have a thyroid issue here.
If they're completely complacent and they don't care, then look for another.
But thank you for calling.
It's wonderful to have you here.
Okay, take care.
All right, take care.
So Lorraine, line seven, I'd love to talk to you.
How are you?
Yes.
Fine, thank you, and thank you so much for what you're doing.
Well, bless you.
Yeah.
Tell me what's going on.
You're in pain.
Okay.
Yeah.
My lower jaw and upper jaw on the left side.
And I use chronic sinuses as well, but they're telling me now that this might be TMJ.
Yeah, it's not TMJ, but it's a nerve issue.
It's a trigeminal nerve, but it's a virus.
So you have to, yeah, when you go to your doctor, are you going to alternative doctors?
Which kind of doctors are you going to?
I went to the ENT specialist, you know, nose and throat specialist.
Yeah, what I would do is I would head to also an alternative doctor,
head to a really good naturopathic doctor or a really good functional medicine doctor.
And I would let them know that you think it's viral because that's what it is,
just to give them a clue on to what they're looking for.
So that's really – basically it's the shingles virus,
but the shingles virus gets into the jaw.
You don't need a rash for it, but it gets in there and it inflames the area.
There are some really good practitioners that do know some of this stuff.
So go and look around.
Hit some alternative guys.
You've been to the ENT.
That's great, but hit somebody else and then see what they think about a viral issue.
Thank you so much, Lorraine.
Great.
Bless you.
so anyway we're uh we're leaving for today it's been a fantastic call just remember
that you know it's about you healing that's what matters to me um the gift i was given
is intended to help you not me so just keep on healing move forward i love you god bless
